- Select the desired size, color, etc. options and click "Add to Cart".
- Click on the shopping cart icon to review and confirm your shopping list.
- Click "Checkout" and enter your shipping address and payment information.
- Once you have confirmed the order details, click "Submit Order" to complete your purchase.
2. How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, we will send a confirmation email with the tracking number. You can use this tracking number to track the status of your package in real time on the shipping company's website. If you do not find the tracking number in the email, please check your spam folder or contact customer service.
3. Can I modify or cancel my order?
Once an order is submitted and confirmed, it cannot usually be modified or canceled. If you wish to make changes to your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist you. Please note that modification or cancellation requests may be affected by the order processing status.
4. How do I request a return or exchange?
If you need to return or exchange an item, please apply through our customer service channel within 30 days of receiving the item. 5. How long does it take to get a refund?
