Return policy
1. Refund Conditions
- Return of Goods: If you are not satisfied with the goods you purchased, you can apply for a return within 30 days after receiving the goods. The returned goods must be in original condition, including unopened packaging, labels and accessories.
- Defective Goods: If the goods you received have quality problems, are damaged or not as described, please contact us within 7 days after receiving the goods. We will provide you with return or exchange services.
2. Refund Process
- Apply for a refund: Please apply for a refund through our customer service channel and provide the order number and reason for return. We will process your return application as soon as possible after receiving it.
- Return of Returns: Returned goods must be sent back to our designated return address. The return costs (if applicable) shall be borne by the customer, unless the return is due to product quality problems or wrong products.
- Refund processing: Once we receive the returned goods and confirm that they meet the refund conditions, we will process the refund within 7 working days. The refund will be refunded to your account according to the original payment method.
3. Refund Not Applicable Situations
The following situations are not applicable to the refund policy:
- Special Products: Including but not limited to customized products, personal care products, perishable products, etc., due to their special nature, they are not accepted for return or refund.
- Exceeding the return period: Products that exceed the return period of 30 days will not be accepted for refund.
- Improper use: Products that are caused by improper use, damage or human factors are not eligible for refund.
4. Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be processed in the following cases:
- Product Defect: Refunds will be made only for the defective portion.
- Partial Returns: If part of the items in your order are eligible for a refund, you will receive a corresponding partial refund.
5. Refund Notification
- Refund Confirmation: Once the refund is processed, we will notify you of the refund status via email.
- Account Update: Depending on your payment method, the refund amount may be reflected in your account within 5-10 business days after processing.
